Multispectral CMOS Sensors right from the FAB

Spectral sensors have been attracting increasing interest for years. Solutions available today are limited in terms of space requirements, costs and/or robustness (automotive qualification) in a way that many application scenarios cannot be addressed well.

The talk will  introduce a new approach, which allows to reduce costs by 1-2 orders of magnitude (compared to established solutions). In addition, the sensor is implemented as a complete system directly on chip, thus reducing the installation space to an absolute minimum.  
The manufacturing method used meets the highest quality requirements.
