At X-FAB,  we offer primitive devices for our APD in linear mode which are scalable from 30 µm to 200 µm, and for our SPAD in Geiger mode with sizes from 10 µm to 30 µm.

We are therefore proud to sponsor the International SPAD Sensor Workshop (ISSW) which focuses on the study, modeling, design, fabrication, and characterization of Single-Photon Avalanche Diode (SPAD) sensors. Researchers, practitioners, and educators interested in SPADs, SPAD imagers, and associated applications, not only in imaging but also in other fields will meet during this great event.
