Who we are
At X-FAB we are doing more than just making chips. For over 25 years we have helped our customers make their visions become reality.
We are a specialty foundry offering the unique combination of analog/mixed-signal, high-voltage and embedded non-volatile memory options with sensor and actuator integration. We manufacture wafers for automotive, industrial, consumer and medical applications on modular CMOS and SOI processes in geometries ranging from 1.0 to 0.13 µm as well as special MEMS and SiC process capabilities. With our six manufacturing sites in Germany, France, Malaysia and the USA, we have a combined capacity of about 100,000 wafer starts per month and employ about 3,800 employees worldwide.
