2014년 11월 18일, 한국 선두 팹리스 기업인 실리콘웍스 와  독일에 본사를 두고있는  전장용반도체 전문 파운드리 기업인 엑스팹간의 전략적 협력을 통해 국내 전장용 반도체분야중 가장 난이도가 높은 변위센서제품의 성공적인 개발 및 양산이 시작되었다. 본 제품은 엑스팹 말레이시아팹에서 제공되는 8 인치 웨이퍼공정을 사용하여 이미 양산이 진행중이다. 이번 양산에 성공한 변위센서는 전장용 품질수준인 AECQ100을 모두 확보하고 전장용 및 산업용으로도 이후 광범위하게 활용이 될 것으로 기대가 되어지는
