Two new Schottky diode primitive devices with improved forward characteristics have been defined within the Schottky module.

The new Schottky diodes (dsa, dsb) are scaleable in lengths between 2.4 µm to 50 µm whereby the width is fixed.

Schottky diode ds is fixed in size.
