Besides using X-FAB's proprietary technologies, you also have the opportunity to utilize our competence and manufacturing capacity for transferring your own processes to X-FAB for wafer foundry service.
X-FAB adopts your mature processes and provides high quality and performance production. Immature processes can be brought to production status by X-FAB as well. We will complete development, conclude process qualification and provide your volume production. It is also possible to customize X-FAB technologies to meet your requirements. The installation of your process will be accomplished according to our ISO9000 and QS9000 certified procedures. The installation flow is as follow:

Commercial CUSP Process Installation Guidelines
Minimum wafer volume requirement for CUSP process transfer is 5000 wafer per year.
Process installation time requirements are between 6 month and 12 month.
Required process life time is at least 3 years.
