The XL035 series complements X-FAB's 0.35 micrometer Modular Mixed Signal Technology, offering very low voltage operation and non-volatile memory options. Main target applications are standard cell, semi-custom and full custom designs for industrial, automotive and telecommunication products.
Based on a double poly triple metal 0.35 μm drawn gate length process for digital applications, process modules are available for four layers of metal, high resistance polysilicon, Schottky diodes and EEPROM non-volatile memory.
