The XI10 series is a partly depleted SOI high voltage technology. It is ideally suited for automotive and industrial applications operating at high temperatures of up to 225 °C.
Featuring voltages up to 90 V, significantly reduced parasitic capacitances, intrinsic radiation hardness and low leakage, it allows much smaller designs than conventional CMOS technology. It is also completely latch up free. The XI10 technology is mainly used for applications for motor drivers and Hall sensors.
